1. Our Commitment

Orivoor has a zero-tolerance policy toward spam and unsolicited mass communication. Our platform is designed exclusively for one-to-one, consent-based client communication.

2. What Is Prohibited

Users may not:

  • Send messages to individuals who have not given clear, affirmative consent;
  • Import purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested contact lists;
  • Use the platform for bulk broadcasting, cold outreach, or affiliate spam;
  • Obfuscate message origin or mislead recipients about the sender.

3. Consent Requirements

Every contact must have provided consent to receive messages from you. Orivoor records the source, date, and IP address of consent where technically available. Contacts without valid consent must not be messaged.

4. Double Opt-In

Contacts added through public subscription forms or integrations may be required to confirm their subscription via a double opt-in link before receiving messages. This ensures consent is explicit and verifiable.

5. Unsubscribe

Every message sent through Orivoor must include a clear, functional unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honored immediately and reflected in the contact record.

6. Complaint Monitoring

We monitor spam complaint rates. Accounts exceeding a complaint rate of 0.3% may be automatically restricted or suspended while we investigate.

7. List Quality

Imported lists are reviewed. Lists that appear purchased, contain role-based addresses in bulk, or generate high bounce rates will be rejected or removed.

8. Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension, termination of service, and reporting to relevant authorities or messaging providers.

9. Reporting Abuse

If you believe a user is sending spam through Orivoor, please report it to [email protected] or by mail at:
