1. Introduction
Welcome to Orivoor. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our client communication and relationship management platform. By accessing or using Orivoor, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Service Description
Orivoor is a customer relationship management (CRM) and one-to-one communication platform. Our service allows account holders to:
- Store and manage client records and conversation history;
- Send transactional notifications such as appointment confirmations, invoices, receipts, account alerts, and personal follow-ups;
- Track message delivery status (sent, delivered, read);
- Automate follow-up reminders based on client activity or events.
Orivoor is not a mass-messaging or email-marketing service. Bulk broadcasting, list purchasing, and unsolicited outreach are prohibited.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using Orivoor, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Orivoor only for lawful, consent-based client communication. You may not:
- Send unsolicited messages to individuals who have not consented to hear from you;
- Import or use purchased, rented, scraped, or harvested contact lists;
- Use the platform for bulk broadcasting, cold prospecting, or spam;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent the origin of messages;
- Send content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing.
5. Consent and Contact Management
Every contact you add must have given valid consent to receive your messages. You are responsible for maintaining accurate consent records. Orivoor provides tools to record consent source, date, and opt-out status.
6. Subscription and Billing
Access to Orivoor is provided through monthly subscription plans. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize Orivoor, Inc. to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future billing cycles. No refunds are provided for partial months unless required by applicable law.
7. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms, including sending unsolicited messages, using purchased lists, or generating excessive spam complaints.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orivoor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Orivoor shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
11. Miscellaneous
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Orivoor, Inc. regarding the service.
Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor or affiliate.
